Our Prenatal Pilates classes focus on strengthening your tummy, back and pelvic floor muscles, which are the areas that can cause problems during pregnancy and after the birth. Classes are gentle, restorative, build muscle control and promote strength, coordination and a connection to your core. This can reduce pregnancy aches and pains and help speed up postnatal recovery. Our booking window is below for our next six week block.
Postnatal Pilates from your six week check to around 6 months post partum.
These classes are designed to offer you a gentle introduction back into exercise, alongside your baby. Focusing on diastasis recti and pelvic floor, our Postnatal Pilates classes are restorative, strengthening, healing and relaxing.
